Lead Pastor Jimmy Cazin
Jimmy Cazin is the lead pastor of Citrus Point Church and brings with him 25 years of ministry experience including leading worship, time on staff with Young Life and being a head pastor. Born and raised in south Tampa, Jimmy has a desire and passion to reach the unchurched in Tampa, with the life changing message of Jesus Christ. Jimmy is a father of 4 beautiful children, Cody, Maggie, Meg and Cade and the husband to the love of his life, Amy Cazin. Jimmy and Amy love to sing together and as a family, one of their favorite things to do together is play ultimate Frisbee. Jimmy is excited about partnering with North Point to build a church that unchurched people would love to attend.
Pastor Ray Nalette, Director of Ministry Services
Ray Nalette has partnered with Jimmy Cazin since the church’s inception in January 2011 with an extensive leadership background. Most recently, Ray serves as the owner/president of Pivotal Technology Consulting and as an independent IT consultant for ActiveIDM. In ministry, he served as a deacon at a local church, overseeing their Care Ministry as well as a musician on the worship team. Currently, Ray is enrolled as a student at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, working on his Masters of Divinity degree. The North Point model aligns directly with Ray’s heart for those who do not have a relationship with God as he was once an unchurched person. Ray and his wife, Colleen, have two beautiful daughters Emma and Julia. Their favorite family activities include camping, going to the beach, and hanging out in their community with friends and neighbors.

Andy Stanley is a pastor, communicator, author and founder of North Point Ministries, Inc. (NPM) North Point Ministries was begun in 1995 with a single mission: to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by creating environments where people are encouraged and equipped to pursue intimacy with God, community with insiders, and influence with outsiders.
